In times of Covid-19

During the Corona crisis and the associated restrictions on social contact, home office became an alternative for Transo-Pharm.

​Some of us who were unfamiliar with this type of work environment had to learn to adapt - conference calls instead of face-to-face meetings, no direct contact with colleagues, working with children in the background etc.

​Employees with young school-age children had no choice but to work from home to take care of their children, who needed to be home-schooled.

This time has brought some changes. For the people themselves as well as for the management of the companies. However, now that everyone can work in the office again, they want to keep this flexibility in the future. Work-life balance will definitely remain an issue. 

At Transo-Pharm, this work model has been successfully implemented and will continue to accompany us in the coming years. Digital competencies are also being expanded in order to support mobile work. 

With this in mind:
